KAPPA SQUARE LIMITED (Project Developers/Promoters) is a proprietary investment family office with a focus on real estate development. The company is registered in Nigeria as private company limited by shares (Reg. No:1797057). Kappa Square is run by a board with international and local expertise across various sectors including business consulting, finance, energy, engineering and real estate development.
Our key objectives are:-
- To conduct business as owners, proprietors, builders, managers, operators, hirers and dealers of real estate properties.
- To acquire by purchase, lease, concession, grant, license or otherwise real estate properties.
- To sell, lease, rent, grant licenses, easements and other rights over and in any other manner deal with or dispose of real estate properties.
- To borrow and raise finances to support the development projects of the business 3a Ikoya Avenue.
- The Residences is a legacy asset of the company and its flagship development.
